Nový merací systém je už plne funkčný na všetkých našich skúšobných peciach používaných na skúšky požiarnej odolnosti stavebných výrobkov. Umožňuje automatické spracovanie vybraných nameraných údajov a sledovanie vypočítaných parametrov v reálnom čase počas skúšky. Celý článok je publikovaný v anglickom jazyku:
We have completed an important upgrade of our fire resistance testing laboratory. All testing furnaces used for fire resistance testing of construction products have been connected to a new measurement system, which has been successfully verified and put into operation.
The new system modernises the way measured data are processed and monitored during testing. In addition to recording measurement data, it incorporates selected calculation formulas required by the relevant test standards and processes the data automatically during the test.
This allows selected calculated parameters to be monitored in real time. Customers attending a fire resistance test can therefore follow not only the measured data, but also the development of relevant calculated parameters as the test progresses.
The new system provides, among others:
- calculation of the leakage rate for lift landing doors tested according to EN 81-58,
- control and monitoring of static loads applied by the hydraulic system,
- calculation of volume flow rates from differential pressure through orifice plates during fire damper and ventilation duct testing,
- current and resistance monitoring during cable tests, supporting the detection of short circuits and circuit interruptions,
- additional measured quantities, data export and transmission.
The system was developed specifically for our laboratory processes, combining the expertise of Michal Hudec from I-CoRe, s. r. o. with the practical experience of our technicians and furnace operators.
We would like to thank Michal for his professional cooperation throughout the project, as well as our colleagues Dávid Šubert, Marek Gorlický and Štefan Rástocký, who contributed their technical and operational experience to its development and implementation.
The new measurement system is now fully operational across our fire resistance testing facilities.
