Testing Laboratory
In addition to testing fire resistance and reaction to fire of construction products, we have the capacity to test their reliability and other essential features. In our state-of-the-art test chambers, we test fire doors, walls, roofs, ventilation systems, paints, cable or pipe penetration seals, as well as other construction elements and systems.
Our services aid manufacturers in placing their construction products on the market with the guarantee of quality and in compliance with European and Slovak legislation. We certify products such as doors and windows with resistance to fire and/or to the passage of smoke, coatings, fire dampers, smoke and heat exhaust ventilation units, and other construction products.
We issue Slovak and European technical assessments for selected construction products that are not subject to harmonized technical specifications or specific standards. We secure technical assessments for products such as fire stoppings, coatings, as well as doors, gates, and other construction products.

FSG (also referred to as GNB SH02) Group of Notified Bodies – a horizontal group focused on fire-related properties of construction products

Ve zkušebně FIRES zkoušíme různé skladby konstrukcí na požární odolnost již více než dvacet let. Za tuto dobu byla vyzkoušena celá řada svislých i horizontálních konstrukcí s širokým uplatněním v praxi. Vážíme si osobního přístupu pracovníků zkušebny i jejich vstřícnosti při plánování termínů montáže a zkoušek.
Při řešení projektů výzkumu a vývoje jsme provedli několik testů, přičemž pro porovnání se stávajícími konstrukcemi bylo realizováno množství doplňkových nadstandartních měření.
